  • The session PCs will have access to the Internet.
  • The recommended file type to be used for presentations is PowerPoint or Portable Document Format (PDF).
  • The presentation files should be brought on a USB, memory stick or a similar memory device.
  • Speakers are requested to upload their presentation onto the session PC and report to the session chair 15 minutes before the start of the session.

Online Presenters:

  • Online participants will present their presentations live via MS Teams (the link).
  • As a backup in case of some technical problems, online participants are asked to submit a PowerPoint presentation, a Portable Document Format (PDF) or a poster to the conference website.

Virtual presentations for online participants

All virtual presentations will be delivered by participants in real-time as scheduled in the conference programme. We encourage participants to send us a pre-recorded presentation as a backup in case of unexpected technical problems using this link at least one day before their scheduled presentation, according to the programme.

Instructions for poster authors

The poster sessions will be organized as regular sessions with 25-minute-long slots appointed to individual authors. Authors (either attending on-site or online) are invited to present their posters and then be available for discussion with other participants.

Posters will be displayed in an allotted conference room during a scheduled time in the programme. Presenters should bring their posters in a printed format.

The recommended sizes are A1 (59.4 × 84.1 cm) or A2 (42.0 × 59.40 cm).

Virtual presenters of posters are invited to send their posters in an electronic form by 21 August using this link. Allowed formats are: .tif, .pdf, .jpg, .bmp, .png, .cdr, .ai, .eps, .psd, .webp. Maximum size = 100MB.

The organizers will provide the printed poster in the scheduled poster session for on-site participants.
